The method of balneological compensation of pathologic reflux was worked out as one of the important pathogenic mechanisms of bronchial obstruction. The use of balneologic antireflux therapy in the complex treatment of patients with chronic bronchial obstruction lightens the symptoms of pathologic reflux, precipitates the clinical effect achievement. Alongside, the course of haloaerosoltherapy with additional intake of natural buffer-antacid mineral waters promotes decreasing the bronchi obstruction, increases the effectiveness of haloaerosoltherapy, allows to decrease the amount of medications, which are necessary to compensate the symptoms of reflux.
