Realization of researches allowed: to educe nosotropic meaningfulness of transforming growth factor-beta1, nitrogen oxide, circulatory indexes of extracellulary matrice of myocardium in the processes of forming of left ventricle hypertrophy, its retractive properties for patients with arterial hypertension; to set influence of myocardial fibrotic factors and apoptosis on remodeling development of heart and role of these changes in forming of arterial hypertension; to inculcate the prognostic criteria of efficiency of treatment with AT1-receptors blocker on progress of left ventricle hypertrophy in arterial hypertension.
