Research subjects are (a) environmental conditions at coastal line of the Odessa region; (b) assessment of the main environmental and social problems of coastal line; (c) informational support to coastal line management, coastal line should be considered as social, environmental and economic system; (d) national legislation as the foundation to establish status and legal regulation of coastal line.Research goal is to develop scientific and methodic approaches to produce informational and analytic solution making support for nature usage management which are applied to providing of sustainable development of coastal line of the Odessa region.Research methods are (a) system analysis methods; (b) cognition methods (method of scientific generalization, method comparative analysis and synthesis, faction and grading, structural method, method of composition and expert evaluation, cartographic method).
