The purpose of work consists in development organizationally of economic and investment measures on the improvement of the international mixed freight transportations on the basis of mul'timodalizma. Research methods. Тeoretiko-methodological basis of research is made scientific labours leading oversea and domestic research workers and specialists on the problems of reformation of railway industry, organizationally economic development of transport and others like that. The informative base of research is made by the current legislation of Ukraine, materials of the State committee of statistics of Ukraine and Ukrzaliznyci.
