Criteria of medical and social examination of invalids were advanced and were offered proposals on the establishment of a level of professional work capacity loss, that were developed according to four-stage COPD classification; the algorithm of individual definition of risk of approach of disability is developed; base schemes of drawing up of individual programs of rehabilitation of invalids are developed and scientifically proved; offers on rational employment and medical and professional rehabilitation of invalids due to occupational lung diseases are developed; the technology of rehabilitation potential definition in patients is developed; the technology of an expert estimation of quality of carrying out of medical and social expertise and rehabilitation of patients for unification of assessment of work of Ukrainian MSEK is developed. Introduction of results of scientific work will result in decrease of state economic expenses on unreasonable payments of means for the account of more objective definition of degree of loss of professional work capacity, to more rational use of financial resources of the state and introduction optimum financial charging technologies in medical and social expertise and rehabilitation.
