Research object - Intellectual video techniques and real time systems. Research goal - development of theoretic fundamentals and principles of making intellectual video computer techniques and real time systems of high productivity and efficiency. Main results of the research work are developed fundamentals, methods and principles of intellectual video systems construction, in particular: - Information fundamentals of selectivity enhancement and principles of change of video information reading parameters were developed on the basis on the new dynamic models ; - Methods of intellectual perception of video information and fast search of objects based on different features, in particular attention mechanism and pyramidal representation of information; - Methods of adaptation to conditions of usage and dynamic of systems; - Principles of construction of intellectual video systems, particularly principles of combining the image input and its processing, algorithms of advance processing; - Methods of delivery time of information resources in distributed real time systems and principles of organization of peer hosts interaction in intellectual systems and computer networks. Results of the research work implemented in: - Visual control system of dimensions, shape and product quality - Digital optical capillary analyzer (capillaroscope); - Hemodynamic laboratory "MakroMicroPotok"
