The object of study - the legal framework of housing and communal services and research and development activities that were executed by order of the central executive authority on issues of housing and communal services. Objective: Establishment and maintenance of the fund industry regulations, scientific research and experimental development, performed by order of the central farms - developing organizational and procedural documents, as well as the rules of recruitment industry fund documents, store and organize, analyze and generalize reference and bibliographic information about the regulations (first step) - Creation of an electronic database of normative legal acts in the sphere of housing and communal services, annotated reports scientific research and experimental development (since 1991) and placing them on the official website of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services (second stage). Method of research - analysis, systematization and classification of selected features. Consumers of the final results of research are businesses and organizations working in the field of housing and communal services. The results of the research is planned to bring to the attention of businesses and organizations working in the field of housing and communal services by publishing them on the official website of the Ministry of Housing, information during seminars, conferences and other events organized by or supported by the Ministry on Housing. Forecast assumptions about the development of research - the results of the 1 st stage of research will form the basis for constructing an electronic database of the Industry Fund regulations in housing and utilities (second stage).
