The tests for osteo- and adipogenesis differentiations of cultured MSCs were also carried out. The acute wound was accomplished in the experimental group of CBA mice with induced by high-dose streptozotocin injection (240 mg/kg) hyperglycemia (glucose level in blood was 218-244 mg/dL). The living dermal equivalent consisting of polymerized collagen gel and cultured adipose syngeneic MSCs (1 x 106 cells/ml) was implanted on modeled diabetic ulcers. In the control group of mice was observed complete healing of the wound skin defect to the 25th day after the acute injury. In both cases, in experimental group of animals with hyperglycemia to the 25th days the non-healing of modeled chronic diabetic ulcers was observed, but a variant with a dermal equivalent implantation resulted to the wound area decreasing up to 5% (in comparing with 5th day value), without the implantation - up to 26% (in comparing with 5th day value).
