The research object is a process of preparation of specialists for introduction of educational innovations. The purpose of work is a conceptual resolving of problems of psycho-pedagogic providing of preparation of specialists for introduction of educational innovations. Results of SRW: - modern educational technology that takes into account the features of preparation of specialists in the conditions of higher educational establishment has been developed; - the dissertations have been prepared and guided to defense: 4 of scientific degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences; 1 work of scientific degree of doctor of pedagogical sciences a. In 2010 were defended 2 dissertations;- publications - 16 articles; for 2010 -21 articles, 3 methodical manuals, 1 monograph; - participation in conferences - international conferences ( 2008 - 2009 yr. -13, in 2010 yr. - 15); regional scientific-practical conferences (2009 yr. - 3; 2010 yr.- 5). Work results are inculcated in the educational process of faculty of social pedagogic and psychology, faculty of physical education of Zaporizhzhya National University.
