The purpose of work - research and an estimation of productivity and a condition of introduction of scientific (scientific and technical) production of domestic sector of scientific researches and the development which are carried out in Ukraine in 2010 due to means of the state budget. During performance R&D it is lead: processing of data on a condition of financing and productivity of scientific and technical activity according to the main managers of budgetary funds; Research of scientifically-methodical bases of an estimation of productivity of scientific and technical activity on the basis of studying domestic and world experience; the analysis and an estimation of productivity of a science and a condition of introduction of scientific (scientific and technical) production (STP) domestic sector of scientific researches and the development which are carried out due to means of the state budget; formation of DB STP and development of the scientific and technical documentation on its support and use. By results of researches: the project of the analytical report according to productivity of domestic sector of scientific researches and the development which are carried out in 2010 due to means of the state budget is prepared; It is generated and staticized by DB STP according to the organizations - executors of the scientific researches lead per 2010; the Rules of work from DB STP " is developed "; the Rules of work with inquiries about the information of DB STP " is developed ".
