Dependencies of electron dynamic characteristics of the structured films on technology of preparing the films are investigated. Sensors of small molecular pollutions with high sensitivity and high adhesion of the metal films are elaborated. Kinetic of the laser-stimulated desorption of the adsorbed molecules from the surface of metals and ceramics is investigated theoretically and experimentally. The results of calculations and reflectometric experimental data for the dielectric samples with low absorption are compared.
