A task of researches is determination of indexes of fertility of soils of the Lugansk area development of measures on proceeding in the supplies of humus and nutritives in soil, balanced use of organic and mineral fertilizers, use of underproductive and wind-eroded earths. For 5 years in a period from 2006 to 2010 by a center works were conducted on general to agricultural ecologe-agrochemical passport systems on the area of 1215,9 thousands of hectare. In middle for a year a center executed work on 250 thousands of hectare of arable land. 123,642 thousands of standards of soil were selected, from them 104,152 thousands of standards on determination of agricultural chemistry and agrophysics indexes of quality of soil, and 19,49 thousands of standards are on determination of indexes of anthropogenic contamination. During the leadthrough of works 730,43 thousands of analyses were conducted, from them on determination of contamination pesticides - 24,54 thousands of analyses (determined hexachlorane and SANTOBANE and him metabolics), on determination of content of oligoelementss and heavy metals - 89,6 thousands (content of manganese, copper, zinc, lead and cadmium), on determination of agricultural chemistry and agrophysics indexes - 616,29 thousands. It was conducted 23,156 thousands of analyses on determination of water рН, 114,83 thousands of analyses of humus, 111,826 thousands of analyses on content of nitrogen, that легкогідролізується, to 113,953 thousands of analyses phosphorus and so much potassium after Chirikovim. 90,734 thousands of analyses are conducted on determination of exchange cations (sodium, magnesium, calcium and potassium), 42,668 thousands of analyses of water extraction are done (dry remain and ionic composition of water soluble salts).
