Physical and chemical properties of new specific adsorbents based on silica with functionalized surfaces were investigated. The influence of organic substances with different electronodonor and hydrophobic properties on the formation of water clusters of nanosilica agglomerates. It was proved that bioactivity of nanobiocomposites on the base of fumed silica in the suspensions of cells depended on their aggregation ability.
