The object of research - technologies and equipment of metal rolling processes figurine. Methods: numerical methods of the theory of pressure treatment, methods, fields of slip lines, and physical modeling. The purpose of research - expanding range of products, quality and economy of material resources in the production of figurine products. Theoretical and practical results: the mathematical models of the stress-strain state of metal in the variety, and the transverse cross-wedge rolling metal figurines, developed software tools to implement them. Innovation: theoretical refined patterns of influence of technological process parameters and structural parameters of the equipment in the finishing bar rolling angular profiles and transversal cross-wedge rolling of axisymmetric components on the performance of the stress-strain state, energy-power parameters and quality hardware. The effectiveness of the implementation: improving the reliability of simulation results at 10-15 (%). Applications: rolling production, metallurgical engineering, software development.
