Methods of investigation: methods of LMI theory and the theory of Ljapunov's functions, automata theory methods and methods of theory of algebraic systems. Results and novelty: there are investigated automata over finite associative-commutative ring with unit, such that transition and output functions are algebraic sums of function of state and function of output under condition: for function of state the value of each component is an element of fixed ideal of the ring. Complexity of problem of parametric identification for automata over elliptic curves is characterized. It is developed some approach for analysis of problem of parametric identification for non-linear one-dimensional automata with lag 2 on the base of design its simulatioin model. For autonomous dynanical systems on the base of of LMI theory and the theory of Ljapunov's functions it is proposed some method for estimation domains of attraction, which include given points.
