The purpose of work - development of methods of synthesis and updating of structures tetrahydrobenzothieno[2,3-c]azepines, azicines, thienо[2,3:5',4']thieno[2,3-с]pyridines by use of Pictet-Spengler reaction. Metods of research - methods of organic synthesis, mass- and NMR - spectroscopy, X-ray analysis. Cyclization of benzothienyl-3-propylamines in conditions of Pictet-Spengler reaction is investigated. New derivatives of tetrahydrobenzothieno[2,3-c]azepines of azepines is synthesized. A new strategy for the synthesis of the eight-membered heterocyclic skeleton of tetrahydroquinazolino[3,2-c][2,3]benzodiazocin-15-ones, based on the Pictet-Spengler reaction of 3-amino-2-[2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)ethyl]quinazolin-4(3H)-one with carbonyl compounds in acidic media, is proposed. The new method of synthesis unknown earlier tetrahydrothienо[2,3:5',4']thieno[2,3-с]pyridines, which is based on interaction thieno[2,3-b] thieno- 3-ethylamine with aromatic aldehydes is developed Proceeding from the experimental data the comparisons of formation to six and seven- membered cycles condensed with benzothiophen and benzol in conditions of Pictet-Spengler reaction are carried out.
