After conducted research an SMTP-gateway for user e-mail filtering was designed and implemented. The level of information security was increased. The costs for maintenance and support of information systems of MOE of Ukraine were optimized and reduced. New theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of advanced information technologies were acquired.
