Numerical detailed calculations of magnetic field impact on electrical heterostructures created on dichalcogenide europium base were accomplished. New effective magnetic field sensors (solid-state heterostructures consisted of nonmagnetic films and two layers of ferromagnetic insulators) to control current-carrying elements of power devices with high-temperature superconducting junctions were developed. It was established that these sensors have the highest sensitivity among the sensors proposed for this purpose. Results of the work showed the principal possibility of creation and practical application of giant magnetoresistance effect for contactless control of current-carrying elements of electrical devices based on high-temperature superconductors. A method for making SNS Josephson junctions on the base of high-temperature yttrium-barium superconductor films which use two fundamentally new stages: focused ion irradiation and filling a formed groove with nonsuperconductive tungsten. Obtained nanostructures show anhysteretical RSJ current-voltage characteristics. These SNS contacts can be simply enough incorporated into large integrated circuits based on Josephson heterostructures. Product Description popup.authors Воронько А.О. Глуховська Ю.Ю. Гуренко В.О.
