Object of research - life cycle of products of machine-building manufactures, industrial and technological processes of manufacturing of products of heavy mechanical engineering. Object of research - methods of modelling and optimisation of technological operations and processes of manufacture of products of heavy mechanical engineering. The work purpose - development of scientifically-practical recommendations for increase of efficiency of typical technological processes and operations of heavy mechanical engineering by their system description. Novelty: a complex approach to use of innovative technologies in methods of system designing of operations and processes of heavy mechanical engineering; revealing and effective application of principles and management methods structure of technological systems. Efficiency: improvement of quality of development of typical technological operations and processes of heavy mechanical engineering at the expense of scientifically-practical recommendations which can be used in the conditions of expansion of a range of used materials of the processed details, cutting tools and organizational making technological operations at the expense of a synergy of technological decisions. Results of researches are offered for introduction in educational process, and also (through publications and performances at scientific and scientifically-methodical conferences) for approbation in other technical colleges and the leading machine-building enterprises of Ukraine.
