Object of research - technologies and the equipment of processes hot proskating rinks and a smithery of large preparations of responsible appointment. Research methods - mathematical modeling of the is intense-deformed condition of metal and the basic indicators of quality, experimental researches, and also working out of practical recommendations about perfection and software on the automated designing of technologies and the equipment of processes hot rolling rinks and a smithery of large preparations of responsible appointment. Theoretical and practical results - based on the finite-difference and finite-element approach, a set numerical mathematical models of local and integral characteristics of the stress-strainstate metal during hot rolling and forging of large workpieces, a sufficient degree of accuracy has been confirmed experimentally. Using the data of mathematical models as the objective functions are formulated and solved the problem of software for automated design and development of practical recommendations for improving the technology and equipment of hot rolling and forging blanks large critical applications. Novelty - with the use of numerical methods further developed methods for calculating thestress-strain state and the main quality indicators during hot rolling and forging of large workpieces. Quantitatively also influence initial technological and design data of the given processes is qualitatively described. Efficiency of introduction - results of work allow to expand an assortment, to raise quality of large preparations received at hot a proskating rink and a smithery.
