As object of research theoretical-methodological bases of formation of strategy of economic development Rusanovsky Special open-cast mine DP "Hmelnitskavtodor" of Open Society VAK "Society for the Promotion of Motoring and Road Improvement of Ukraine" and working out of practical recommendations to the enterprise act. As theoretical and methodological basis of research positions of the economic theory, scientific works of the Ukrainian and foreign scientists on problems of functioning, development of the enterprise which are engaged in extraction, and also standard and acts of Ukraine act. For object in view achievement in work such methods have been used: methods of logic-theoretical generalization and comparison - for definition of tendencies of development of the enterprise; the economic-statistical analysis - for studying, grouping, comparison, an estimation, interpretation and the evident image of actual results of activity of the enterprise; rather economic the analysis - in the analysis internal and environment that form economic strategy of the enterprise. Data processing was carried out by use of computer technologies and the software. Scientifically-methodical and practical recommendations of research concerning a substantiation of organizational bases of economic strategy of development of the enterprise create an objective basis for working out of strategic plans for development of the enterprise. Results SRW: concrete recommendations concerning introduction in practical activities of the enterprise of strategic planning that allows to systematize and analyze alternative variants of directions of development are developed; it is offered model of strategic management of enterprise expenses that will reduce risk of wrong pricing; the mechanism of formation of pricing at the enterprise, by planning and forecasting cost price on the basis of the analysis of expenses a yak one of basic elements pricing is offered that allows to optimize enterprise activity; directions of increase of profit of the enterprise that will improve its financial condition are defined and will accelerate an overcoming the crisis.
