Information technology (mathematical models, methods, algorithms and their program realization), based on registration and processing of magnetic signals, is created for diagnostic systems in medicine, biology, technology. The information technology is based on developed new analytical methods of magnetostatic inverse problem solution, including solutions for several signal's sources, distributed as independent in three-dimensional volume. Solution of inverse problem for focal source of field is analytically obtained with eigen-vectors method, and solution for source of field as system of current, distributed in plane, parallel to measurements plane, is, in it's turn, obtained with integral Fourier transform. Program-instrumental tools are basis of software of magnetometric systems for registration, processing and analysis of magnetic signals in medicine, biology and technology.
