The effect of the active component, its size characteristics, as well as structural and functional characteristics of support on the activity and selectivity of copper-zirconia catalysts in the dehydrogenation of alcohols was studied. A new catalyst for the dehydrogenation of cyclohexanol with high selectivity and productivity to cyclohexanone was developed. A new active catalyst of steam conversion of CO has been proposed to carry out the process in one step in a wide temperature range.
