During accomplishment of the second stage of the project "Improvement of accuracy of flowrate and volume measurement for energy content gas mixtures" the influence of errors of physical properties (density, compressibility coefficient, isentropic exponent and viscosity) of energy content gas mixtures (coke gas and blast-furnace gas) on the error of flow rate and volume measurement was defined, the requirements to the accuracy of methods for calculation of physical properties of these gases were determined, methods for calculation of density, compressibility coefficient, isentropic exponent and viscosity of coke gas were developed according to the determined requirements to the accuracy of these methods in order to be applied in flow rate and volume calculators, as well as the recommendations for construction of coke gas and blast-furnace gas metering systems optimal as to the accuracy of flow rate and volume measurement.
