The aim of research is to develop the methodological basis of the tariff revision and to provide services for the collection, storage and disposal of used packaging. In the course of work were considered a general characterization of packaging, the analysis of the legal framework of the European Union in this regard, international experience with the management of packaging and packaging waste. The state management of packaging and packaging in Ukraine are defined templates to ensure recycling of used packaging materials by type of materials of construction of the packaging. Methodological bases regarding the formation and establishment of tariffs for services for the collection, storage and disposal of used containers and packaging, proposals to revise the rates for the services of collection, storage and disposal of used containers and packaging materials.
