Measuring of intracellular calcium and recording of membrane potential by microfluorescent and electrophysiological methods we used to find the role of membrane voltage-dependent K +-channel blockers in the neuroprotection during hypoxia. During the reporting period the measurements of integral potassium currents of hippocampal neurons and PC12 cells exposed to chemical hypoxia were carried out. The role of these channels when exposed to hypoxia was tested with blockers K+-channels - 4-AP and TEA, which selectively inhibit the activity of Kv1.4 and Kv3 channels respectively. Conducted molecular biological studies potassium channels Kv1.2 expression in type cell line PC12.
