Purpose: to research of level, quality and efficiency of the using of teaching multimedia facilities (TMF) in the teaching process of the educational establishments; to determinate of the psychological and pedagogical factors which have an influence on the teaching process at the using of modern TMF; to create of the psychological and pedagogical recommendations about the effective application of TMF taking into account the psychological, pedagogical and ergonomical aspects. Methods: theoretical is an analysis of literature on pedagogic, psychology, age-dependent physiology; the studying and generalization of the teachers', methodists', psychologists' pedagogical experience; practical is a supervision, conversation, questioning, testing, the psychological and pedagogical comparative experiment; the multimedia facilities of teaching are computer classes, multimedia projectors, interactive boards, web cam; Microsoft Office Powerpoint software, Smart Notebook; pedagogical software products "The library of virtual visual instructions", "The virtual physical laboratory" ("Kvazar-mikro"). Theoretical and practical results: the consisting of the using of modern TMF of secondary school's teaching process on the basis of the conducted questionnaire of physic's and mathematics' teachers of secondary schools in Odessa and Odessa region is analyzed; the stating of the training of future physic's and mathematics' teachers to the using of modern TMF in a teaching process is analyzed; the physic's and mathematics' learning programs are analyzed about the effective using of TMF in the teaching process; the tendencies and conformities to law of the using of modern TMF in the teaching process of secondary general school are define; the methodic of the effective using of TMF in the teaching process of secondary general school is developed.
