The aim of research is to evaluate the degree of service compliance quality with previously stated standards. In the process of work field researches of service quality in retail trade network according to previously determined calculated selection in different segments were conducted. As the result of research models of costumer behavior of different segments representatives were formulated, innovative algorithm of the stated type of research was elaborated. Level of introduction - the results of research were put into the base of revision of previously elaborated standards of service quality in retail trade network. Effectiveness of the research is expressed in the development of marketing activity on the base of service quality perfection.
