The idea of project - to ensure a significant reduction in the time and cost savings of material resources at the stage of technological preparation of production by using new advances in the design of resource-saving technologies using pulsed machines and processes for manufacturing and procurement of parts, surface treatment through the implementation of procurement methodology for the application of modern information data processing technology. The theoretical basis of work performed were analytical methods, which included features of the theory of elastic and plastic deformation, especially the transfer of heat flow, especially high energy flux density in the electrohydraulic loading and thermalpulse clean surfaces of workpieces, as well as algorithms for solving problems, giving the opportunity to integrate them in a well-known applications modern computer products and systems adapted to a particular production.
