The laboratory technology of gas phases mehanosorbtion modification of nanosilica by salts of zinc, copper and silver and by the aminoacids histidine, glycine, lysine and tryptophan was created. The investigations of modified nanosilicas by infrared spectroscopic, by thermogravimetric and by X-ray were carried out. A study of antimicrobial activity and biostimulation activity of modified nanofillers were carried out. The influence of nanofillers to the features of polymer matrix structure by small-angle X-ray method was investigated. The regulatory documentations for manufacturing of new product - geometrically modified nanosilica "Densyl" are developed and executed
