Object of research - Methods of improving the institutionalization of the insurance market. The aim is to develop guidelines for the institutionalization of the insurance market. Research methods is the use of theoretical generalization and comparison, clarification and improvement of individual concepts, graphical analysis, statistical analysis. As a result of the executed study obtained the following results: 1) revealed weaknesses in the process of selling insurance products, insurance services; 2) assesses the identified deficiencies and operational model of insurance management and marketing; improved certain provisions relating to the themes outlined; developed a method to improve the institutionalization of the insurance market.
