Decomposition titanyloxalate barium investigated at mechanochemical, hydrothermal and microwave treatment. Decomposition titanyloxalate barium took different mechanisms. Interaction of different compound of lithium with niobium oxide investigated. Use superfine niobium oxide allows to lower temperature of formation lithium niobate with high specific surface. Lithium niobate had high photocatalytic activity in process destruction of dyes.
