Object of research in patients with localizations of inflammatory processes located at the mouth floor and around the pharynx. Research objective: improvement of results of treatment and the prevention of further diffusion of inflammatory process by working out new variants of drainage, by studying the features of purulent inflammation through experimental modeling of the disease and its clinical variations. Research methods: clinical, clinical-laboratory, instrumental, experimental, statistical. New scientific findings: for the first time an anatomic model of organo-complex of soft tissues of the mouth floor and the neck for bond studying the bond of cellular spaces of the mouth floor and around the pharynx with the surrounding cellular spaces will be formed. New areas will be offered for palpation of the neck for verification of topical diagnostics of phlegmons of the mouth floor and around the pharynx, an advanced technique for opening phlegmon of the anterior parapharyngeal space, mouth floor, a new way of draining phlegmons of the mouth floor and around the pharynx with diffusion to the posterior parapharyngeal and retropharyngeal cellular spaces. Possible areas of exploitation: maxillofacial unit of stomatologic hospitals, an ENT unit, pedagogical studies in medical institutions.
