Most patients have been received miniinvasive intervention (MII). Objective: to improve the results of treatment for patients with acute surgical pathology (ASP) of organs from abdominal cavity (OAC) on basis of pathogenetic foundation of MII performance by development of methods with separate or combined use of different kinds of MII and different regimens of early clinical, sonographic and endoscopic detections. Novelty: for the first time the surgical approach for patients with ASP of organs from abdominal cavity has been scientifically grounded subject to pathophysiological periods of disease via the usage MII under ultrasonic control. The sonographic signs of acute surgical pathology of OAC and its complications have been systematized and the algorithm of sonographic analysis for hepatobiliary zone has been developed in acute surgical pathology of organs from abdominal cavity. The diagnostic algorithms of ultrasonic prognostication have been proposed to prevent development of complications in ASP of organs from abdominal cavity. Firstly sonographic criteria of retroperitoneal phlegmon in pancreatonecrosis have been determined in correlation with pathogenesis and clinical stages of pancreatonecrosis. The necessity of early paracentetic and drain MII and the effectiveness of dynamic ultrasonic monitoring have been proved for acute surgical pathology of organs from abdominal cavity. Results: indications, time constraints and methods of MII have been worked out for MII implementation under ultrasonic control in ASP of OAC. The use of developed sonographic criteria of ASP of OAC and its complications have been diagnosed this pathology in 87-99 % patients with acute surgical pathology of organs from abdominal cavity. Efficiency: decrease of postoperative and general lethality for patients with ASP of OAC, decrease of complications amount in 1,6-2,3; reduction of hospital stay period for patients with ASP of OAC for 5-7 days.
