Diagnostic value of carbohydrate and nucleotide metabolism involving enzymes determination in blood cells and tissues was studied for estimation of microcirculatory and hypoxic disorders during burn shock for the first time ever, ulcerous desease complications. Interrelation between biochemical disturbances of red blood cells and adaptive reactions efficacy in thermal injured patients was elucidated. Effects of alterations antioxidant and detoxifying erythrocytic systems to clinical course of burn disease,ulcerous desease and cancer was determined.Results.The determination of details of metabolic erythrocytic alterations which may be a characteristics of degree of microcirculatory and hypoxic disturbances in burnt patients during acute phase of burn disease and may be also new sensitive markers in addition for routine clinical chemistry set of assays, ensimes serum activity correlate with intensification of proliferation in case of cancer recurrence.POSSIBLE AREAS OF USE:The valid using of biochemical markers for diagnostics and predicting of clinical course in practice of hospital; educational process in medical university.
