Research object: financial and investment activity of enterprise in the process of forming and realization of investment potential. Research purpose: complex scientific development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations in relation in forming and development of enterprises investment potential in Ukraine. Research methods: dialectics and historical method; approach of the systems; structurally-logical analysis; analogy and quantitative and high-quality comparison; analysis and synthesis and graphic methods of research. Theoretical positions extend and perfect the knowledge of investments essence and investment potential of enterprise and co-ordination of processes of his forming. The practical results value are forming of basic management of enterprises investment potential in Ukraine in the modern post-crisis terms of Ukraine, forming their investment strategy, realization principles of organizationally-economic mechanism in activation of the innovative-investment providing strategy of enterprises development and financial risks account. The substantive provisions are inculcated in an educational process in teaching the disciplines "Finances", "Financial market", "Investing", "Investment analysis", "Project financing", "Tax management", "Banking system", "Credit investment". The results should be recommended to Ministry of finance of Ukraine, National bank of Ukraine, State tax administration, Department of education and science, young people and sport of Ukraine for using for preparation of specialists in the sphere of finances and credit, and also for enterprises and organizations, financial mediators.
