In the work the results of investigation of plasma pulse-periodic capacitive and barrier discharges in mixtures of rare gases with molecules of iodine, iodide gallium and water are presented. The laboratory models of UV-VUV radiators are worked and their characteristics are optimized. The emission characteristics of laser erosion plasma of tin, gallium and aluminum in medium of molecular gases are investigated.
