The processes of ionization of thymine and uracil molecules are investigated; it shown that the influence of low-energy electrons upon bioorganic structures causes genotoxic and mutagenic changes. The processes of superelastic scattering of electrons on the calcium and barium metastable atoms are investigated. The emission spectra of the nucleic acids bases molecules, excited by electron impact, are investigated in the VUV range. The excitation cross-sections of molecular bands are measured.
