Intensive deformation of quickly hard-tempered magnetic alloys can become on principle the new way of receipt of thin magnets with high magnetic properties. Investigational structure and magnetic properties of deformed shvidkozagartovaniogo of magnetic alloy of Nd13.5fe73.3co6.7ga0.5b6. It is set that deformation of alloy takes place not only due to fragmentation of initial powder, and also accompanied by a structurally phase by transformations. Heat treatment conduces to appearance of diphasic conduct of demagnetization curve.
