The frequency of malignant tumors in humans for 34 years in Lviv and Lviv region areas for 1997 - 2004 was 23,5 ± 0,6 per 100 000 population. During these years, fluctuations in the frequency of this pathology was of undulating character. At different periods were not revealed significant increase (P> 0,05) the frequency of malignant tumors in the young population in comparison with 1997 - 2004 Among the spectrum of malignant tumors in 30 siblings of Nijmegen syndrome non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is often diagnosed in-line origin - 7 cases and one case gemophagocytic lymph histiocytosis. In relatives and third degree relatives siblings with breast cancer somatic pathology encountered 1.7 times more frequently on the maternal side than paternal.
