The methods and algorithms of reconfiguration of dynamic logical situational links have been developed which allow to significantly reduce information processing time in critical situations. The methods developed make it possible to assess the situation in real time and produce alternative options for vessel safe passing maneuver. The advantages of the focused simultaneous use of different aerodynamic means to produce forces and impulses in the control system of the aircraft with reconfigurable wings are shown.
