Research object is theoretical researches in regard to arranging of thin layer cement coating (of type 'НРСМ'), arranged in order to increase the roughness and longevity of existent asphalt pavement. Research goal is theoretical researches in relation to development of regulation, technical requirements to the experienced series and flow sheet on a thin layer cement coating, laid over the existent asphalt pavement. Research method is ground of direction of theoretical researches in relation to arranging of thin layer cement coating (НРСМ) for the increase of roughness and longevity of existent asphalted concrete pavement. Result of research are the existing guidelines, technical requirements and flow sheet, developed for mixture of high resistant thin layer cement pavement coating (НРСМ).
