For actievtment of this purfose there were used a compie[ of modtrn physico-chemical, biochtmical. pharmacolocal and microbijlogical restarch methods.It was found that aminoadamantane derivatives cause damagt to ultastructural organization of bacteria and fungi. The substances increase the permeability of the microorganisms memdranes. Mycopiasma and protoplasts are alsj susceptible to the substances. The aminoadamtane derivatives inhibit erergy processes of microorganisms. Theaminoadamantane derivatives inhibit energy processes of microorganisms.The most susceptbio to the substances action was NAD- dtpendern comple[ 1 in bacteria, in fungi- FAD-dependern comple 11.
