Object - 99 patients with COPD. Methods - immunological. Aim -by complex research of the state of immunocompetency peripheral blood cells, bronchial secret and content of humoral biological factors to define character of the violations of systemic and local immunity, their relationship with the clinical course of disease and expediency of immunocorrection therapy for the patients with COPD. System and local immune disbalance is established, which depend from the stage, duration of disease, exacerbation and frequency disease.. The criteria of immune disbalance, degrees of system and local inflammation, are determined.
