Object - new patients,and relapses cases of tuberculosis. Аim - to determine the role of medical and social risk factors for recurrence of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods - clinical, microbiological, radiological, immunological, biological, biochemical. Was established that the most important role in the occurrence of relapse of tuberculosis are medical (severe comorbidities, large residual changes in the lungs) and social (lack of permanent employment, alcohol abuse) risk factors. Only a combination of any 3 or more factors to 33.0% increases the risk of recurrence of tuberculosis. Sphere of application - phthisiology
