Object - patients co-infected TB/HIV. Aim - to increase the effectiveness of chemotherapy. It is established that the standard chemotherapy regimens were not enough effectiveness for treatment, has been cured 51,7 % of patients. The duration of the initial phase and the main course of chemotherapy was higher than the standard term in 50,6 % of patients. In 90,0 % of patients was widespread tuberculosis process, in 60,0 % - a destructive process and sputum positive, in 61,9 % of patients - pronounced immunodeficiency, in 22,0 % - extra-pulmonary tuberculosis, what on 4,2 times more, than in patients with moderate immunodeficiency.
