Discovered and rotined mutual character of problems, which restrain both expansion is scientific technological collaboration between Ukraine and RB and the effective use of his potential, for providing of development of national economies. The expert estimation of opinions of leaders of enterprises of Ukraine is carried out in relation to prospects innovative technological development with the use of possibilities scientifically to technological and production co-operation of Ukraine and Republic Byelorussia. Comparison of experience of Ukraine and Republic Byelorussia in relation to the transfer of technologies allowed to ground the necessity of expansion normatively of legal and legislative base, in particular in part of transmission and acquisition of ownership rights on the objects of right of intellectual ownership, created for facilities of the state budget. It is formed recommendation Department of education and science, young people and sport of Ukraine, in relation to initiator and co-ordinations by them works from monitoring and analysis of efficiency of activity of the National network of transfer of technologies and activation of participation of regional centers of transfer of technologies in creation innovative of technological clusters. The organizational chart of forming of general technological platform of Ukraine and Byelorussia and certainly its basic functions is developed. The complex of suggestions is developed in relation to creation of favourable terms for a start organizationally of economic mechanisms of introduction of megaprojects innovative technological co-operation of enterprises-partners of Ukraine and Byelorussia.
