Obtained single crystals of the phases identified and studied some of their physical parameters, indicating that found ?-solid solutions in complex systems, and solid solutions based on CuInS2 and CuInSe2, which are cross-sections of CuInS2-ZnIn2S4 and CuInSe2-ZnIn2Se4 in their physical parameters are promising materials for absorbing layer thin-film solar cells and can be considered as an alternative material photovoltaic cells based on CIS. ? Formation of solid solutions in the system CuGa, CuIn, Cd | | S, Se is one of the reasons for the loss of efficiency solar cells based on heterojunction CIS / CdS with time. The results of research can be used to develop production technology of solar cells.
