Computer modeling of mesoscopic structure in the ionic liquids ([bmim][BF4], [bmim][PF6]) has been performed by the (N,V,T)-ensemble for 512 particles by the additinal graining of a simulated box into the set of closed-packing, cubic, open subsystems. The most essential feature of pricess is a simplicity of the pair potential with the effective T-dependent parameters.
