The theoretical model of structural and phase changes in coal and recommendations on coal electrical characteristics measuring in mine conditions on the basis of analysis of modern technical solutions, hardware components and instrumentation results are developed. Practical application of the results of coal magnetic treatment may be associated with the creation of a new way to reduce the outburst intensity of coal and gas.
